Onsite services

The duration and nature of work in certain types of projects require work to be done completely onsite, at the client's premises. This is especially true for less well-defined and iterative project scopes. Such engagements are characterised by quick ramp-up, ramp-down, and short lead times, frequent interaction with clients and the clients’ necessity to manage the project onsite. 
With our presence in 3 countries, we have large, multi-skilled teams who are capable of delivering your requirements on the dot. 

Off site services

With the advantage of development centres in India, Japan and Singapore, where these centres are connected to our data centre back-bone leased line of 2 MBPS, we are uniquely positioned to provide offsite services as an alternative for projects where the scope is better defined. This option is particularly suitable for clients who are keen to reduce costs without losing significant control on development activities. 
We already have the necessary infrastructure and developed processes & methodologies required to implement/integrate large, complex projects for our clients globally.

Offshore services

Offshore development best suit projects with a well-defined 'Project Plan'. Onsite program managers from MONA interact on a regular basis with the client to manage requirements for outsourcing. Maintenance projects, porting requirements and application development with well-defined specifications lend themselves well to be executed offshore.

As we have our own data centre (which is protected with Anti Virus, firewall, SSL and VPN) located in Singapore, it is used by our development team during development, which helps them to focus on the right direction and the enduserto run tests during development cycle. 

DATABASE

We have a very strong database, updated every week where experienced people are available from Singapore, India, China, the Philippines, Indonesia and Japan. All of them are university graduates and have realtime working experiences for at least three years with reputable companies. We have technical managers who have worked for more than 8 years in their respective skills. Our technical managers understand your needs and give you the best service, ensuring smooth completion of each project.

Our Business locations are in Singapore, India and Japan. There are onsite and offshore engineers in Singapore aswell as in our development centres, and most of the skills are readily available. OUR PROCESS

Before meeting the requirements of the client, the consultant must go through several rounds of interviews, where they are thoroughly scanned.

Technical Interview

The candidates are interviewed by the Technical Managers who are technically qualified in the respective skill. This includes oral and practical tests. 

Interpersonal & Communication Interview

We make sure the consultants are suited to the local market and also that they understand the local language, culture and system. Also, our offshore training centre helps the consultant to understand better about the local culture. 

Medical Examination

Before we process the CV with the client, we make sure that the consultant is medically fit.

Background Verification

All references are thoroughly verified and we make sure we are giving the right consultant to the client. 

Telephone Interview

All the offshore consultants can be interviewed through the video phone which makes the cost of the interview lowand yet has the feeling of one-to-one personal interviews. All the costs of the interview will be borne by MONA. 

Period of Service 

Generally, we undertake two types of contracts: Short-term and Long-term. One month and lesser is considered as short-term. For this, we charge on a man-day basis. Six months to one year is considered as Long term. This long term contract is also extendable with mutual agreement. Also, we make sure the consultant stays until the end of the project. 

Even after the consultant has started work at the client's place, we monitor his overall performance which helps us to fine-tune the consultants work efficiency. 

Benefits for the Consultant

Although the consultant works on a contract basis, our package includes medical leave, earned leave, personal accidental insurance and other benefits depending on the nature of the project.
