In DCRM, the salesperson's responsibility starts from creating new customers. He has to enter the contact details for each customer. Key customer information like Customer Type, Rank, Class, Address and Contact details are displayed in Account Management Dashboard. He has to enter his customer location, and the visits and discussions with the customers.
The KISS Chart displays visit details over the last 6 months based on customer types. This will help the management to analyze the effectiveness of the visits and the outcomes of the visits. He has to enter the month-wise budgeting for his customers. The Sales Vs Budget chart helps the management to check whether the actual sales meet the budget or not.
The Sales person has to enter the steps to be taken and follow-up actions for collecting the overdue amount receivable from customers. Managers will be able to assign tasks to the sales team. The sales team should enter the actual completion date and the status. Account Management Dashboard displays the task details.
